These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, and Services available at the JD Electrical, LLC website (the "Service") operated by JD Electrical, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to our electrical services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By booking a consultation or signing a service contract, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Electrical Services

Our services include, but are not limited to, electrical repairs, panel upgrades, wiring and rewiring, lighting installations, safety inspections, and commercial electrical maintenance. Specific deliverables, project timelines, material requirements, and reporting structures will be outlined in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). We will make every effort to adhere to project schedules, but we do not guarantee completion dates that may be affected by permitting, inspection timelines, utility conditions, or third-party supplier delays.

Property Readiness & Compliance

The Client warrants that all properties and systems presented for service are accessible, lawful, and reasonably safe for work. Access to electrical panels, circuits, and relevant areas is required for implementation. We reserve the right to refuse service or pause work for any condition that violates safety regulations, local code requirements, or is deemed unsafe at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Fees for electrical services and maintenance retainers will be detailed in the project quote. A deposit or first month's retainer is required to initiate scheduling and preparation. Full payment for recurring services is typically due on the 1st of each month prior to work execution. Cancellations or pauses requested less than 30 days before the next billing cycle may be subject to a standard rescheduling fee.

Liability and Performance

While JD Electrical, LLC takes every professional precaution to ensure safe and reliable results, electrical systems can include hidden or pre-existing issues beyond visible scope. The Client is responsible for maintaining property insurance and notifying us of known hazards. We are not liable for conditions outside approved scope unless due to gross negligence on our part.

Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend service at any time if safety requirements are violated by the Client, if legal access cannot be provided, or if site conditions pose a hazard. If a project is terminated mid-cycle for compliance reasons, the Client is responsible for labor and materials incurred up to that point.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS". JD Electrical, LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement. We do not warrant that work will be uninterrupted by permit delays, utility conditions, or third-party interruptions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will JD Electrical, LLC be liable for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption; or (iii) third-party costs exceeding our service fee boundaries. Our total liability will not exceed the management fees paid by you to us in the preceding three months.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the pre-determined jurisdiction where JD Electrical, LLC is registered. The proper venue for any disputes will be the state and federal courts located in said jurisdiction.

Changes

JD Electrical, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will let you know by posting an update on our website or notifying active clients directly.
